Katy Perry turned up the glam at a private concert in Sardinia, Italy on the fourth of July. The Swish Swish singer, 39, wore a head-to-toe metallic silver Dolce & Gabbana look. The American Idol judge almost spilled out of her corset top featuring cutouts on the side at her slender waist. The bodice of the dress gave way to a short silver skirt that just covered her private parts and had long fringe along the hem.
