Vito Schnabel is officially off the market after tying the knot with Helena Althof. The art dealer, 37, quietly exchanged vows with the 21-year-old Russian model last week in a private ceremony in Old Westbury, NY, according to Page Six. '……oops….' wrote Althof on Instagram with photos of herself in her wedding dress and other snapshots from the wedding. She wore sleeveless minidress with a floor-length train and a pair of jeweled open-toe Christian Louboutin heels.
