Dallas man is arrested after taking upskirt photos of woman at Walmart before punching cop and grabbing Taser
A man took upskirt photos of women at a Walmart before punching an officer who tried to detain him, cops said. Keevis Jumon Holland, 41, has since been incarcerated as a result - after allegedly filming women underneath their dresses at the store in Irving, Texas, on July 1. The suspect hails from a town that's a suburb of Dallas, some 30 miles away, cops said. His actions were foiled by an off-duty police officer, tipped off by staffers who saw him wearing his fully-marked police uniform.
