A witness to the Clapham chemical attack has described hearing the sound of a three-year-old being thrown to the ground – and how she thought the child may die in her arms.

The hunt for Abdul Ezedi, who's suspected of carrying out the alkali attack that left 12 individuals injured in the south-west London district, has entered its fifth day.

A 31-year-old mom, believed to be recognized to Ezedi, and her two daughters are believed to have been the preliminary targets.

New particulars concerning the initial incident on Wednesday evening have now emerged after a key witness, who was herself injured by the chemical, spoke to BBC News.

The lady, who has not been named, stated she was just about to calm down and watch EastEnders when she heard shouting outdoors and left her residence to see what was occurring.

She watched as the suspect jumped from a white automotive and threw what she believed to be 'a automotive seat or a bag' to the bottom.

'The sound, the thud, the scream, that's once I realised it was somewhat woman being slammed to the bottom, like a WWF wrestling transfer,' she stated.

Already, two other males have been on the scene and making an attempt to pin down the attacker, the witness stated, so she picked up the three-year-old and carried her to a lodge where her sister and 'hysterical' mom have been being helped.

She added: 'Once I picked her up – the youngest baby – she was making an attempt to go to sleep.

'I knew from watching 24 Hours in A&E that the perfect factor to do for head injuries is to put any person into the recovery place, so that's what I did.

'However before I did, she simply went limp. I assumed the youngest of the 2 women was about to die in my arms. Luckily the three-year-old awakened and began to name for her mum.'

The Met later stated the 2 women' accidents weren't 'as critical as first thought', however their mom remains in hospital in a crucial however secure condition after struggling probably life-changing accidents.

Later the same night, the witness says she saw what appeared like black paint on her foot – and it wouldn't come off when she took a shower.

When she began to really feel a burning sensation, she returned to the hospital the place she had gone within the ambulance with the youngest woman.
