A TIKTOKER has captured a lady bodily standing in entrance of a parking spot to block different drivers from taking it, inflicting a backup.

Posted to her TikTok account (@rachhh421) in late 2021 was a video of a lady standing in a parking spot to act as a human visitors cone to save lots of a parking spot.
